The Puerto Rican Oriole (Icterus portoricensis) is a species of bird in the Icteridae family. It is endemic to Puerto Rico.

The taxon was formerly lumped with the Cuban Oriole (Icterus melanopsis), Hispaniolan Oriole (Icterus dominicensis), and Bahama Oriole (Icterus northropi) into a single species until all four were elevated to full species in 2010.[1]

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical mangrove forests, and plantations .
